폭설로 인한 피해복구로 창덕궁 관람(후원 포함)을 아래와 같이 운영하오니 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다

○ 전 각 : 2024. 12. 3. (화)부터 개방

○ 후 원 : 별도 공지 시까지 관람 중지

○ 사 유 : 폭설로 인한 피해 복구 및 관람로 정비(수목 정비 등)

후원 예매는 자동으로 취소되며 전액 환불됩니다.

다만, 창덕궁 후원 취소내역을 매표소에 제시하면 1월 31일(금)까지 원하시는 시간의 후원 관람권을 구매하실 수 있습니다.

Notice of Operational Changes

Due to safety concerns caused by heavy snowfall and ongoing maintenance of the palace grounds,

Changdeokgung Palace(including Secret Garden) will be operated as follows:

○ Palace Building Area : Open from December 3

○ Secret Garden : Closed until further notice 

Tickets for the Secret Garden will be automatically canceled and fully refunded. However, if you present your cancellation details at the ticket booth, you may purchase tickets for a desired time(tickets available for purchase until January 31).
